Returns
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Ivey League Design order, you may return the item(s) within 10 DAYS of receipt. We happily accept returns/exchanges of unworn, unwashed or defective items. Merchandise must be in new condition with tags attached and must also be accompanied by the original receipt / invoice. Your refund will be credited back to the original method of payment used to make the purchase. Returns are accepted through the mail.
Due to limited quantities of merchandise, the item(s) you wish to exchange may no longer be available. If this happens, we suggest you place a new order and return the unwanted item(s) for a full refund. We are unable to honor previous sale prices or promotions when you place your new order. If you have requested an exchange, you will receive an email detailing the availability of the item(s) and its shipping status. Items in stock will be shipped (to the address on your invoice) approximately 48 to 72 hours after receiving the returned item. If the item(s) was sent to you as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original credit card used for the payment.
